E. B. Whitfield, 65, of Vandiver, Ala., died yesterday at Leeds Hospital.
He is survived by two sons, Hubert and George Whitfield, both of Birmingham; two daughters, Mrs. C. A. Tender of Wylam and Mrs. J. B. Bramlett of Vandiver; seven grandchildren; five brothers, Virgil and Theodore Whitfield, both of Birmingham, Cecil and Onsby Whitfield of Vandiver; two sisters, Mrs. Lamp Minor of Leeds and Mrs. Audrey Henderson of Vandiver.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Vandiver Baptist Church. The Rev. Robert E. Brooks and the Rev. Waldon will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Nephews will be pallbearers.
