Ingalls-16 and Whiting-1935 appear to represent the same person because: If you look at the creation history of Ingalls-16, he was created with the same father as Whiting-1935. http://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Ingalls-16&diff=10895&oldid=0

Ingalls-16 was later detached from his parents instead of merged (probably because he had the incorrect last name -- his mother's maiden name)
