Biography

Frances was born in 1855 in Jordan, New York. She was the daughter of Jared Whiting and Orinda Webster.

She lived with her parents in Jordan, New York.^[1][2]

She married George Hawley Arnold sometime between 1870 and 1875. In 1875 they were living with his mother.^[3] The household included:
