Biography
Mildred was born in 1920 in New York City [1] to George and Winifred (Gale) Whitley [1]. She moved with her mother to Key West, Florida in 1937. She graduated from Key West High School in June 1940.
Mildred married Clyde Stickney in 1942 [4] in the First Congregational Church of Key West. They resided in Key West, Florida where they raised a family of three children, two girls and a boy. She worked for the Monroe County School Board for many years. Mildred was an active member of the First Congregational Church of Key West.
Mildred died in Key West in 2008 [6]. Her memorial service was held at The First Congregational Church of Key West. Burial was in the Key West Cemetery, Key West, Florida.
