John Shepard Whitley was the son of Addison Franklin Whitley and Samyra Medlin.[1][2]
John Shepard Whitley married Mattie J. Bancom April 30, 1916, in Union County, North Carolina, USA.[3]
John Shepard Whitley died in 1934.[4] He was buried in Whitley Family Cemetery in Monroe, Union County, North Carolina, USA.[5]
