Mary Matilda Whitlock was born on May 16, 1885 in Ephraim, Sanpete County, Utah Territory, United States. She was the daughter of Charles Whitlock and Annie Elizabeth Petersen.
She passed away at an age of three on April 25, 1889. She is buried in the Sterling Cemetery in Sterling, Sanpete County, Utah.
