Biography

Ebenezer Whitman was born about 1670.[1] He was the son of John (who was in turn the son of John of Weymouth, the immigrant, and Ruth Reed).[1] He married Deborah Richards.[1] They were the parents of Daniel, David, and probably others.[1]

According to P.D. Crowe he was born 4 December 1670 in Weymouth, Norfolk, Massachusetts and died 23 December 1732 at age 62. He had been a carpenter. His parents were John and Abigail (Hollis) Whitman. He also names children: Daniel, Ann, David, Silence, Deborah, and Sarah.[2]
