Biography
His wife was Gladys Plumb.
In 1943 he was living in Geraldton.
He was a fireman with the Railways and died in the engine cab of a stationary train near Karrakatta when he was hit by an object (possibly the door of a carriage) on a passing train.
DEATH NOTICE WHITMORE.---On September 12, 1944, suddenly, at Karrakatta, as the result of an accident, Frank, dearly beloved husband of Gladys Whitmore, of 87 Forrest-street, Fremantle East, and loving father of Lawrence, Frank and Wesley; aged 29 years.
