Biography
Joseph Stephen Whittaker was born in 1793 in England.
Joseph married Harriet Oliver (born about 1797 in Chitcheste, Bathurst Australia; daughter of William Oliver and Eleanor (Scale) Oliver). Their daughter was Alice Margaret Whittaker (1830–1896).
Joseph died on September 26, 1875 in Grenfell, Colony of New South Wales, aged 81. He was buried in Morangarell Cemetery, Morangarell, Bland Shire, New South Wales.[1]
