Biography
NATHAN WHITTEMORE 1778-1856
On the 28th of October 1778 Nathan Whittemore was born in New Ipswich, Hillsborough, New Hampshire the 11th child and son of Samuel Whittemore 1732-1812 and his wife, Olive BLANCHARD 1734 - abt. 1812.
Nathan's Father, SAMUEL and Mother, OLIVE Whittemore were the parents of 11 Children:

- (2) Samuel Whittemore JR 27 Jul 1757–1810
- (3) Sarah Whittemore 20 Aug 1759–1786
- (4) Sybil Whittemore 21 Sep 1761–1845
- (5) James SR. Whittemore 1764–1846
- (6) Ruth Eustis Whittemore 15 Mar 1766–1853
- (7) Susanna Whittemore 22 Sep 1768 - 1769
- (8) Deliverance Whittemore 31 Mar 1771–1772
- (9) Lucy Whittemore 21 Aug 1773–1774
- (10) Rebecca Whittemore 2 Nov 1775–1776
- (11) Nathan Whittemore 29 Oct 1778–1856
In 1807, Nathan Whittemore married Sally LEWIS. Nathan died in January of 1855 at the age of 84 years and his Wife, Sally died in Aug of 1863 at the age of 74. They are both buried in Malbons Mills Cemetery in Skowhegan, Somerset County, Maine with a shared grave marker. Bio and research entered by hand, not gedcom, by 5th Great Niece, Carole Anne Brown-44556 Whittemore on the 16th of January 2017.
