Why use WikiTree

In a word, collaboration. If you want to collaborate with other genealogists, you should use WikiTree.

Ironically, family history is often a lonely pursuit. Your family members may value and appreciate what you're doing, but they may not be especially involved in it.

Over the years WikiTree has arguably become the best place, anywhere, to collaborate on genealogy.

We:

1. Connect genealogists
2. Provide a community and culture that enables them to work together.
