Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

Richard, I noticed that you uploaded a Gedcom. Here’s a link to a great step-by-step of our GEDCOM import process including screenshots that you might find helpful. You might also want to check out our GEDCOMS. Please keep in mind that our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure you look for duplicates on Wikitree before adding a profile.
