California County Marriages in Family Search lists a marriage in Sacramento on 27 Oct 1892 of a Eugene Wiener, b. 1871 to Vella Garrett, age 18. In 1892 a Eugene Wiener is registered to vote both at 720 McAllister in San Francisco, and at 320 M st, in Sacramento. In 1894 he is registered at the Orleans building in Sacramento, and then in 1896 back at the family home (?) at 1421 Golden Gate Ave.

At time of 1900 census, living with wife, sisters Alice and Carol and their husbands, and parents at 1425 Golden Gate Ave. Listed as an actor.

Obituary for his mother Rebecca in 1927 lists him as deceased.

1920 census has him living as a patient at "Agnew," Santa Clara, CA. He is listed as age 48 and divorced.

Mortuary records say he was 49. Cause of death is listed as paresis (probably syphilis). Place of death, Agnews State Hospital.
