George was born in 1835.

He was the son of Ezra Wiggin and Sarah Doe Wiggin.

He married Maria Albina Ridlon in 1855.[1]

He died in 1905.[2]

James Scamman
The birth record of Elmer Ellsworth Wiggin, his son, at Albion, in 1868, clearly states George Merrill Wiggin. What proof do you have of Martin as his middle name other than FindaGrave which is not a primary record. Perhaps a change is needed as a secondary source can be wrong.
