William Robert Wiggins was born on August 7, 1919 in Tyrone, New Mexico, United States, son of Truman Hawkins Wiggins (1880–1966) and Judith Belle White (1889–1970).
William married Alice Scrobat (born on September 11, 1918 in Buffalo, NY; daughter of Alexander Paul Scrobat and Alice (Koziarz) Scrobat).
William died on June 6, 2005 in Torrance, California, United States, aged 85.[1]
