Ann was born about 1687.

Ann Wiggins and Joseph Merril (sic) filed marriage intentions in Newbury, Massachusetts Feb 16, 1707. ^[1]. "1708 Nathan Merrill informed me of an itention of marriage between his brother Joseph Merrill of Newbury & ANn Wiggins of Haverhill Jan. 10th 1707/8. Rd Brown Register" ^{[2] [3]} The were married in Newbury on 16 Feb 1707.^[4]

She passed away 28 Dec 1741. ^{[citation needed]}
