New Brunswick Courier of 14 January 1854 reported: d. Grand Lake (Queens Co.) 4th Sept., Ebenezer WIGGINS, age 52.

Buried at St. Luke's Anglican, Waterborough, Queens County, NB.

Will of Ebenezer Wiggins

In the name of God, Amen. I, Ebenezer Wiggins of Waterborough, Queens County, and Province of NB, Farmer, being in full possession of my mental powers, but knowing that my body must return to its parent dust, do hereby ordain this my last will and testament... I give unto my beloved wife Mehetable (should she survive me) the free and full use of the west room and bedroom on the first flat and the west room also on the second flat of my dwelling house; together with a comforatble and sufficient maintenance during her widowhood; but should she marry again I assign her the sum of fifty pounds as a final legacy - all which she shall receive from the income of my real estate... second to my beloved son Gilbert, all my real estate... third to my beloved daughter Esther, 25 pounds, to my beloved daughter Diademia 10 pounds, beloved daughter Mehetable 50 pounds, and beloved daughter Mary 50 pounds... Executor Mehetable Wiggins, wife, Gilbert Wiggins, son. Witnesses: David Palmer, Daniel S. Wiggins.

Estate: Farm valued at 450 pounds, total value of estate 724 pounds, cash on hand, 48 pounds, total 787 pounds, 10 shillings, 7 pence.
