Nicholas (21) married Mary Doe (17) (born about September 19, 1720 in Dover, Strafford, New Hampshire; daughter of Sampson Doe and Mary (Hopely) Doe) in 1738. Their children were:
Nicholas died about June 11, 1751 in Stratham, aged about 35.
