Percy Wiggins was born in Oxfordshire, England.

Percy was born 1887. He was the son of John Wiggins and Kate Jaggar and was baptised on 2 October 1887 in Witney, Holy Trinity, Oxfordshire, England.[1]

Percy was an assistant school master in 1911 and lived at home with his parents.[2]

He married Jessie Emma Searle in 1921 in Witchford. [3]

Percy's death (age 73) was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1961 in the Banbury district.[4]
