Biography

Troy was born in 1908 in Alabama[1]. He was the son of Harmon Wiggins and Maude Woodham. In 1920, he lived with his mother and siblings in Opp, Alabama[2].

About 1929, he married Newell Clora Lassiter. They had 1 daughter. In 1930 they were living in Neals Landing, Florida with her parents[3]. They were divorced before 1940.

In 1942, he married Lester Olean McLeod[4]. However, they were living together with the same last name in 1940[5][6]. They were divorced in 1955.

He served in the US Army from 1942-43[7].

He remarried in 1958 in Florida[8]; no information on the spouse in this marriage has been found.

He passed away in 1983[9][10].
