Biography

Emily was born in 1842. She was the daughter of James Wight and Sarah Knill. ^[1]

In 1851, she was at home with her family in Kensington.^[2]

In 1861, she and several siblings are in Tedstone Court.^[3]

In 1871, she seems to be running the house!^[4]

In 1881, she is living with her widowed father in Tedstone Court. ^[5]

By 1891, her brother Edgar owns the house and she is living there with him and 2 single sisters.^[6] and she is still there in 1901.^[7]

Emily died in Bath, unmarried, in 1927,^[8]
