Daughter of Charles B. Wikoff (1853–1919) and Lillian May Cope (1867–1948).

1905 United States Census, Kansas State Census: C. B. Wikoff is head of household, age 51, with wife Lillie Wikoff age 37, and children Loyd age 16, Irene age 15, Gladys age 13, Wilber age 12, Glen age 11, Ruby age 7, and Austin age 5.
