Allen was born in 1892. He worked in book publishing for McMillan.[1]
Allen Wilber married Mary Eliza Clark. She died in 1928. Allen and their two children lived in Manhattan, where he was a textbook publisher.[2]
Allen remarried to Margaret Alder.
Allen died in May 1983 in Scarsdale, Westchester County, New York.[3]
