Biography

Joseph was christened on February 28, 1629/30, at Sible Hedingham, Essex, England.[1] He was the son of Samuel Wilbore and Anne Smith. Joseph came with his parents and two brothers , Samuel and Shadrach, to New England by December 1633, when his parents were admitted to the Boston Church. (Two of his siblings died in infancy: :Arthur and William)

Joseph married about 1651 to Elizabeth Farwel, daughter of Henry and Olive (Welby) Farwell[2]

Joseph was a Taunton Constable in 1665, 1671, and 1668.

Joseph made his will on 1 April 1691, which was filed for probate on 18 November 1691; therefore, Joseph died sometime prior to November 18, 1691.[3]

Will dated April 1, 1691, and filed for probate on November 18, 1691. Witnesses to the Will were Nathaniel Williams, John Deane, and Henry Hodges. [3][5]
