Notes

It is highly unlikely that Mary was born in Yorkshire if her parents are Benjamin Wilbur and Sarah Bush. Benjamin and Sarah were living in Rhode Island and their children were born and raised there, moving to New Brunswick with the evacuation of Loyalists after the American Revolution.

On the other hand, she may indeed have come from Yorkshire like her husband. Then she is unlikely to be the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah.

PANB 1st Families has her as d/o Benjamin and Sarah Bush but has her birth date as c1760 and location as Swansea, MA. Married 1788 after death of her sister.

Although many family historians have assumed that Christopher and Mary emigrated together, there is no record of their marriage in Yorkshire and a wife does not seem to have come with Christopher on the Jenny -- see passenger list http://www.immigrantships.net/1700/jenny750410.html
