She was christened on 2 May 1897 at St John the Divine Church in Pemberton. Her mother was called Pollie Wilcock in the christening record, and their address was given as Ormskirk Road.
Maggie's mother married William Dodd in 1898. He was a colliery contractor.
Maggie married William ("Bill") Morris on 15 Apr 1922 at St Matthew's Church in Highfield, Pemberton. Both were 25 years old, and neither had been married before. William was a collier living at 4 Queen Street, Pemberton; Maggie's address was 31 Tunstall Lane, Pemberton. William's father was named as Thomas Morris (collier); Maggie's father wasn't named, as was usual for children of single mothers at the time. The witnesses were George Dodd and Annie Morris. Maggie signed her surname in the register as "Dodd" but then changed it to "Wilcock".
Maggie and Bill had no children.
