Joseph was born 1st month 23 day 1683 (March) the son of Martin Wildman and Ann Ward[1][2][3]
Joseph married Rebecca Bunting on 15 Nov 1709 at the Middletown Meeting[4]Rebecca died in 1715 and he remarried in 1717 Sarah Wilson, the daughter of Stephen Wilson and Sarah Baker. The Middletown Monthly Meeting recorded on 4 Dec 1718 that Sarah Wilson was privately married to Joseph Wildman "being big with child". Sarah and Joseph condemned their actions and were forgiven by the meeting and allowed to retain their membership.[5]
Joseph died the 1st month 21 day 1739 (March)[6] His will was probated in March 1739/1740.
