Lucy was born in 1842. She is the daughter of Giles Miller and Jane Webster.

Lucy Alice Miller WIlson/Wily death date (1914) was noted on FindAGrave (Locust Grove family cemetery; not sure if she was buried there, however she is noted as a child of Jane A Webster Miller & Glies Anderson Miller as well as James Agnew Miller as her brother.

Watson's Diaries; Notes on Southside Virginia: "Feb. 23 Saw in papers today notice of the recent death of Mrs. Harvey Wiley at Blackstone (I think she died Sunday). She was a daughter of the late Capt. Giles A. Miller and her mother was a Webster. She married first a Wilson and had a child or children. and then Harvey Wiley, son of Capt. John F. Wiley of Amelia. Until recently she lived at Flat Creek in our neighborhood." 2/23/1913 noted maybe 2/23/1914 based on FindAGrave's noted death year for Lucy Alice Miller.
