Elijah was born 3 Jun 1793 in Ohio, the son of Elisha Wiley and Sarah Seals. Elijah passed away 12 Oct 1861 in Lawrence Township, Marion, Indiana. He is buried at the Spring Valley Cemetery, Lawrence, Marion County, Indiana.[1]
