Biography
Found John Strouds marriage to Frances Wiley while searching old documents for another marriage Thomas Wiley and Ibey Wilson (barely legible but about 1/2 way down on right side of binder). Frances was born in the Kiahs Creek area of the current Wayne County West Virginia. Wayne County was part of Cabell until 1842. West Virginia became a state in 1863 during the civil war. For some reason Frances and John Stroud split up prior to 1847. Lucrecia Stroud was born in 1846.
