Tom Wiley is a part of US Black heritage.
Tom was a slave owned by William Wiley .
Tom lived in Amelia Co, VA. He is seen on the county tithe lists in
1765[1]
and 1767[2]
It is possible that Tom moved to Halifax Co, VA when the Wiley family moved there about 1771.[3] [4]
