WILL of John Wiley (Is this the correct John Wiley?)
In the name of God amen I John Wiley being sick and weak but I’ve sound sense and memory. Thanks be to Almighty God for the same do you make and ordain my last will and testament in a manner and form following.
First, I devise that all my just debts be paid and after they are paid, I give all the rest of my estate, be it of what kind or quality whatsoever, to my loving wife, Elizabeth to be have soul property? Forever to dispose of as she thinks fit.
Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my loving wife, Elizabeth and my brother-in-law (brothers son?) Robert Clark, to be executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness here of I have set my hand and seal this 3rd of December, 1762.
