Sept - 3rd 1869 Inventory of all the real and personal estate of Henry Willhite - late of the Co. of Clay and State of Mo. deceased
One hundred and twenty acres of land west side of the township. Situation of the land: 50 acres in bluegrass, 70 acres in cultivation, good orchard, three wells, frame house - two rooms and a porch, the ell is made of logs. All said land under fence. Said land lies 7 1/2 miles north of Kansas City. The title of said land was made to said Willhite dec by his father Jesse Willhite and wife.
