Obituary Text - Partial
He was retired from the Austin Company and a farmer, and was a very active member of Solomon Lutheran Church where he taught the Men's Sunday School Class. An active member of the Camp Creek Ruritan Club, he held various offices within the club and was active in community affairs.
Surviving are his wife: Viola Renner Wilhoit; three sons: Curtis, Fred, and W.C Wilhoit, all of Greene County, three grandchildren: Kevin, Jerry and Eric Wilhoit of Greene County; one brother: Carl Wilhoit of Springfield, Tn.; two sisters: Mrs Herman Cutshall and Mrs. Porter (Corine) Fillers of Greene County; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Dave Wilhoit; and two brothers: Cecil E. and Ray E. Wilhoit.
