William was born in 1885. He was the son of James Wilhoit and Caroline Boldman.

He married Brenta Frederick.[citation needed]

A druggist a Maysville, Mason County, Kentucky.

William passed away in 1919[1][2] and is buried in Old Grayson Cemetery, Grayson, Kentucky.[3]
