Belinda was born in 1835.
In the 1860 census Belinda was in Russell District, Russell, Kentucky living with her parents and siblings. She was 25 years old.[1]

She married Cornelius Blankenship on 30 March 1862 at the home of John D. Wilkerson in Russell County, Kentucky. Witnesses to the wedding were William Blankenship and William N. Wilkerson. [2] She passed away in 1925.
