Biography
His death certificate verifies a birth date of 17 Mar 1884, contradicting information in his FindAGrave memorial (which may be due to erosion of a monument, which is not show on the memorial page). Two different census records from 1900, when he moved from an employer's household to that of his sister Flossie, show him as having been born in March 1884.
He spent his entire life in or very near Parke County, Indiana, USA.
He was a farm laborer in 1900, At the time of his 1954 death, his occupation was listed as school-bus driver.

Frank's 1844 year of birth was based on compiled family tree which has served as a framework for my research into the Wilkeys and related families. That was apparently a typo. Death certificate and two different census records show him as having been born in 1884.
