Lula (Wilkey) Arbra was born in Kentucky.
Lula Franceds Wilkey was born in March 1876 in Kentucky, United States. She was the daughter of Robert U. Wilkey/Welchel and Martha Ann Tindell. In the 1880 U.S. census, Lula, age 4, was recorded living with her parents in Whitesville, Daviess, Kentucky.[1]
About 1905, Lula married Helm Wayne Lostutter. They were the parents of the following known children:
- Lorene Zula Lostutter
- Baby Lostutter, died in infancy
- Flossie Mae Lostutter (1896– )
- Mary Etta Lostutter (1897–1975)
- Julia A. Lostutter (1899–1909)
- Oda Rollie Lostutter (1901–1928)

She later married William Arbra.
