Timothy Wilkins was born in 1733 in Middleton, Essex, Massachusetts [1][2] Timothy was married to Mary Chamberlain on December 11, 1755 in Billerica, MIddlesex, MA. [3] Timothy was the father of Isaac Wilkins (b. 1761).

Timothy died on 5 FEB 1820 in Carlisle, Middlesex, Massachusetts, USA. [4] He is buried in the Central Burying Ground, in Carlisle.
