Samuel Wilkins was born in 1747, a son to George Wilkins and Elizabeth Atkinson in High Littleton, Somerset, England. He was baptised August 30, 1747 at Holy Trinity High Littleton.
Samuel married Anne Maggs by banns on August 28, 1769 at Cameley, Somerset.
Samuel and Anne had at least two children; Anne baptised March 31, 1771 and Samuel baptised May 25, 1788 in High Littleton.
Samuel died at age 60 in Melksham, Wiltshire and was buried in Cameley, Somerset on May 7, 1806.
