Biography
Infant Wilkins was stillborn 25 March 1914 in Needmore, West Virginia. She was the daughter of Oliver Wilkins and Rosella Bradfield. Although there was a birth record, no death or burial record could be located. It was sadly assumed this was another stillbirth - possibly premature given the birth/death of her sibling just 8 months before.[1]
