Biography

Emelia (Wilkinson) Hooper was born 1810 in Lincoln County, North Carolina, and died 3 August 1879 at Hayesville, Clay County, North Carolina. She may be interred in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Young Harris, Towns County, Georgia.[1]
