Raphael C. Will, a member of Co K, 12th Regiment Virginia Cavalry, was captured at Mt. Jackson, Virginia on March 5, 1865, He was sent to Fort Delaware, where he took the oath of allegiance on Jun 12, 1865. [1] He passed away in 1911. [2]
