Biography

Hezekiah born at Lancaster, s. Henry and Mary, ––– ––, ––––. [App.][1][2].

He married Anna, the daughter of Thomas Wilder. She died January 10, 1746 age 56.

They resided in the part of Lancaster that became Harvard, and was the first selectman in 1732.

Willard-673 and Willard-123 appear to represent the same person because: I seem to be the same person, as they are both sons of Mary Willard. This really an effort to clean up Mary Willard.
