Biography
Pierre Mathias Ouellet was born on 13 Jul 1826, the son of of Alexis Ouellet and his wife Théotiste Proulx. He was baptised the same day in the parish of Saints-Gervais-et-Protais with Augustin Audet and Marie Audet standing as godparents[1].
At about age 21 Mathias married Marguerite Fréchet on 3 Mar 1871 in Saint-Ferdinand-d'Halifax parish in Mégantic, Canada.

I would think the LNAB should be Ouellet, not Willette which wasn't adopted until some descendants moved to the United States. Same for some of those other descendants also born in Quebec.
