Biography

Edwin was born in 1934. He is the son of Willis Willhite and Edna Barkoff.

He was in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War with a muster in date of Jul 1952.[1][2]

He married Imogene Jones in 1961.[citation needed]

He passed away in 1996[3] and is buried in Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado.[4][5][6]

EDWIN L. WILLHITE, 62, of Commerce City died May 8. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, at Aspen Magnolia Chapel, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery.

Mr. Willhite was born in Fort Lupton on Feb. 28, 1934. He married Imogene Jones, 1961. He was a corporal in the Marine Corps.

He worked for Ralston Purina.

He was preceded in death by his son Willis. Survivors include his wife; son Blake; daughters Cheryll Hoyt, Myrna Johnson, Sabina Fickle, Ramona Selanders, Brenda Campbell and Jackie Gonzales; brother Rex; 13 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
