Williams, of Glenunga avenue, Glenunga, was married to Mr. James H. T. Fisher of Melbourne, only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Fisher of L'Estrange street, Knoxville. The Rev. P. P. McLaren officiated. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of white Chantilly lace, made with a long train, a Peter Pan collar, and long full sleeves gathered at the wrists. It was complemented by a white velvet sash. She wore a veil of white tulle with a halo of lilies of the valley, and carried a bouquet of pink gladioli and carnations. Misses Berenice Bailey, Keturah Lean and Joan Beams were the bridesmaids, frocked alike in delphinium blue net made with full skirts, puffed sleeves and fichus. They wore haloes of pink and blue forget-me-nots, and carried bouquets of pink carnations, gladioli and delphiniums. Mr. C. Bannam was best man and Messrs. G. Allen and S. Smith were groomsmen. About 60 guests were entertained at the reception, which was held at the Maple Leaf Cafe. Black georgette and lace, with a large black hat, was worn by the bride's mother, who carried a posy of autumn tinted gladioli. The bridegroom's mother wore nay floral georgette with a navy hat, and carried a posy of blue delphiniums and red sweet peas. For travelling, the bride wore a navy blue tailored crepe satin frock, with a hip length coat of net checked in navy and white and with large white lapels. Her accessories were navy and white. The chapel was decorated by Mr. Frank Hardy, of Melbourne, the bridegroom's cousin and Miss Marjorie Fisher, the bridegroom's sister.
