Ebenezer moved his family west to the "Western Reserve" (Ohio) in 1811 - first by covered wagons to Buffalo, NY, then by lake sailing ship to Erie, PA, and finally by sled team through the winter forests of northern OH to Painesville, OH, where they arrived in Dec 1811. (Lewis)
Ebenezer died on 9 Oct 1844 and was buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Painesville, Lake, Ohio, United States.[3]
