In the 1881 census Robert (age about 29) was living in Brymbo, Denbighshire, Wales.[2]
In the 1891 census Robert (age about 39) was living in Tan y fron, Brymbo, Denbighshire, Wales. He was employed as a Coal Miner.[3]
In the 1901 census Robert (age about 49) was living in New Broughton, Brymbo, Denbighshire, Wales. He was employed as a Preacher (Wesleyan). The Chapel[4]
