Mary Donnes. From notes of Ben Williams. From Copy of Roman Catholic Baptisms in the County of Cumberland, as follows– Mary, Father. Samuel Dennis and mother. Mary Ferrens of Cumberland Street, born October 9th 1848 and baptised 12 November 1848. From Marriage Certificate. Married at Christchurch, Castlemaine on 3rd September 1873, Charles Frederic Williams and Mary Donnes, Bachelor and Spinster, both aged 24. Marriage ceremony performed by Archibald Crawford, Archdeacon of Castlemaine, according to the rites of the United Church of England and Ireland. Charles's residence given as Glenluce and Mary's given as Tarilta. Witnesses appear to be J Donnes and A Donnes.
